DK approach to Ancient Egypt: heavy on the visuals, light on text. As
a general introduction to the study of Egypt (and with its brief
introduction of mummification as well), the book does an excellent job.
Kids will definitely be drawn to the pictures and that can lead to
further, more in-depth research.
